ORDINANCE NO. 71-12-596
AN ORDINANCE CREATING SECTION 25-3.3 "EVIDENCE COLLECTORS" OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a new section for the Code of Ordinances City
of Paducah, Kentucky, be created and ordained, which new section shall
be designated and read as follows:
"Sec. 25-3.3. Evidence Collectors.
Two temporary positions of evidence collectors shall be created
for the City of Paducah to work with the Paducah Police Department,
and the salaries for such positions shall be at the same rate per
month as that now authorized for the patrolmen assigned to fill the
positions, plus all pay and allowances for uniforms, pensions,
vacation and sick leave as are now applicable for patrolmen in the
Paducah Police Department."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after Tanuary 1, 1972:
