AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
DEED FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 221-229 SOUTH
2nd STREET BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH
/ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed and all
documents necessary for purchase by the City of Paducah of real property located at 221-
229 South 2nd Street, in the amount of $25,500.00, from Elliott and Linda Baskin.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 006-1220-
513-2307 (CD0023).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
