ORDINANCE No. 71-12-589
AN ORDINANCE CREATING SECTIONS 3-52 AND 3-53 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a new section entitled "Section 3-52 Special
Private Club License — Sale of liquor for on premises consumption", be
created and added to the Code of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky,
so that said section as created and ordained shall hereafter read as
follows:
"Sec. 3-52. Special private club license - Sale of liquor for
on premises consumption.
For the privilege of selling distilled spirits and wine at retail
by the glass for consumption on the premises of a private club, not
otherwise licensed for the sale of such beveeages by the City of
Paducah, the semi-annual license fee required to be paid shall be
one hundred dollars ($100.00)."
SECTION 2. That a new section entitled "Section 3-53 Special
Private Club License - Retail sale of malt beverages", be created
and added to the Code of ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky, so that
said section as created and ordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 3-53. Special Private Club License - Retail sale of malt
beverages.
For the privilege of selling beer and all malt beverages at retail
by the glass or bottle for consumption on the premises at a private
club which is not otherwise licensed by the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
for the sale of such beverages, the semi-annual license fee required
to be paid shall be sixty dollars ($60.00)."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
