HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 17, Page 889, Ordinance Number 71-12-588889 1' ORDINANCE No. 71-12-588 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3-47 "WHOLE LIQUOR DEALER" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION•1. :That Section 3-47 "Wholesale Liquor Dealer" of the Code of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows: "Sec. 3-47. Wholesale liquor dealer. For the privilege of storing, transporting and selling spirituous, vinour and distilled spirits at wholesale, the semi- annual license fee shall be three hundred seventy-five ($375.00) dollars." SECTION 2. This ordinance amends Section 8 of an ordinance pertaining to the sale of alcoholic beverages dated May 14, 1940, which was last amended by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 71-12-576, adopted December 14, 1971. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption, and shall be applicable to all .new and renewed licenses issued pursuant hereto. - Mayor Passed by the Board of Commissioners December 20, 1971 Recorded by Sarah Thurman, City Clerk, December 20, 1971.
