ORDINANCE NO. 71-12-586
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER THE SUM
OF $20,767.12 FROM THE CONTINGENCY FUND TO THE PUBLIC WORKS CUMULATIVE
RESERVE FUND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby,
authorized to transfer from the Contingency Fund, Account No. 9094,
the sum of $20,767.12 to the Public Works Cumulative Reserve Fund
for the purpose of repayment of the $100,000.00 loan heretofore
authorized and obtained through a participation agreement with the
local banks, said repayment to be according to the terms and conditions
of said loan.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
