ORDINANCE No. 71-12-584
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY THE SUM OF
$6,451.00 TO THE PADUCAH AIRPORT CORPORATION FOR THE CITY'S AGREED
SHARE OF THE COST OF EXPANDING THE TERMINAL LOBBY AT BARKLEY FIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby,
authorized to pay to the Paducah Airport Corporation the sum of
$6,451.00 as the City's share of the cost for labor and materials
used to expand the terminal lobby at Barkley Field.
SECTION 2. The expenditure authorized in Section 1 shall be
payable from Account No. 9094.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on
file for one week for public inspection in the completed form in which
it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in
full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
