A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SIX YEAR SYSTEMATIC HOUSING CODE COMPLIANCE
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, on November 23, 1965, the City of Paducah adopted a
ten year Housing Code Compliance Program, and
WHEREAS, a review of said Compliance Program has revealed
that several revisions and modifications should be made,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, by and through
its Board of Commissioners, does hereby approve Paducah's Six Year
Systematic Housing Code Compliance Program, a copy of which is .
attached hereto and marked, "Exhibit A" for identification by the
City Clerk, together with the appropriate maps for the existing
federal projects map, and the 1971-1977 housing code compliance map,
marked "Exhibits B and C", and attached hereto.
SECTION 2. This resolution diall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
