ORDINANCE NO. 71-11-572
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY THE SUM OF
$1,625.00 FROM ACCOUNT NO. 5125 FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH'S PORTION OF THE
COST OF RESURFACING TENNIS COURTS IN CITY PARKS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby,
authorized to pay to the Parks, Playground and Recreation Board the
sum of $1,625.00 from Account No. 5125 for the City of Paducah's
agreed portion of the cost for resurfacing tennis courts in city
parks.
SECTION 2. An emergency is declared to exist, and this
ordinance shall therefore be introduced and remain on file for at
least one week for public inspection in the completed form in which
it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in
full force and effect immediately thereafter.
