ORDINANCE NO. 71-11-565
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER THE SUM
OF $9,275.57 FROM THE CITY'S GENERAL FUND TO THE ACCOUNT FOR THE PARKS,
PLAYGROUND AND RECREATION BOARD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby,
authorized to transfer the sum of $9,275.57 from the General Fund of
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, to the account for the Parks, Playground
and Recreation Board to enable said Board to pay its current obligations.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
