ORDINANCE NO. 71-11-562
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER THE SUM
OF $6,136.54 FROM ACCOUNT NO. 3452, AND THE SUM OF $6,077.62 FROM
ACCOUNT NO. 3456 TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH SEWER DEPRECIATION AND
EXTENSION FUND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby,
authorized to transfer from the General Fund Accounts Nos. 3452 and
3456 respectively, the sums of $6,136.54 and $6,077.62 for a total
of $12,214.16 to the Sewer Depreciation and Extension Fund of the
City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
