ORDINANCE NO. 71-11-556
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 2-47(a) NONCIVIL SERVICE
EMPLOYEES GENERALLY, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Subsection (a) of Section 2-47
"Noncivil Service employees generally" of the Code of Ordinances
City of Paducah, Kentucky, as reads
"Assistant to Planning Director . . . . . . $526.00"
be amended and reordained by deleting and eliminating said position
from said ordinance.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
