HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 17, Page 8, Ordinance Number 70-1-282That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning OF PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 10TH STREET BETWEEN COLE STREET AND That the zone classification change and the map amendment proposed in said resolution be, and the same are hereby declared to be in agreement with the comprehensive plan of the City of Paducah. That the zone classification of the following property be, and it is hereby, changed from R-3 Two -Family Residential Zone to Beginning at the point of intersection of the center line of Cole Street with the center line of 10th Street; thence in a northerly direction along and with the center line of Cole Street a distance of 187.5 feet to the point of intersection of the center line of Cole Street with the center line of a 15 foot alley; thence in a westerly direction along and with the current dividing line between the R-3 and M-1 zones a distance of 805.32 feet; thence in a southerly direction a distance of 187.5 feet to the point of intersection of the center line of 10th Street with the center line of Atkins Avenue; thence in an easterly direction along and with the center line of 10th Street a distance of 805.32 feet to the point of beginning. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
