ORDINANCE NO. 71-9-545
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 2-47(a) NONCIVIL
SERVICE EMPLOYEES GENERALLY OF. -THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Section 2-47(a) "Noncivil service
employees generally", of the Code of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky,
as now reads,
Field Office helper $606.00
be amended and reordained so that said portion of said section shall
hereafter read as follows:
Superintendent - refuse division $606.00
SECTION 2. That Section 1 amends a portion of Section 1 of an
ordinance adopted March 16, 1957 and last amended by Section 1 of
Ordinance No. 71-5-464, which was adopted May 11, 1971.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
