FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF FOUR (4) NEW 1972 FORD CUSTOM FOUR -DOOR SEDAN AUTOMOBILES FOR USE IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Allan Rhodes, Inc. in the amount of $13,798.00 less $4,206.00 for trade-in of four (4) 1970 model Oldsmobile sedans, making a net difference of $9,592.00 for the sale to the City of four (4) new 1972 Ford Custom four -door sedans having the specifications set out in the resolution adopted August 24, 1971 by the Board of Commissioners of said City authorizing advertisement for bids for such equipment and contained in the bid of Allan Rhodes, Inc. dated September 9, 1971. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract for said vehicles as set out in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3.
