AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 10-61(a) UNASSIGNED
POSITIONS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND
REPEALING SECTION 10-61(h) OF SAID CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Section 10-61(a) "Unassigned
positions" as reads
Clerk -typist No. 1 $400.00
be amended and reordained by eliminating said position and substituting
therefor,:•the following:
Assistant to Building & Electrical Inspector $455.00.
SECTION 2. That Section 10-61(h), Unassigned positions, of
the Code of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky, be, and the same
is hereby, repealed. Subsection (i) of Section 10-61 of said Code
shall hereafter be redesignated as subsection (h).
SECTION 3. That this ordinance amends Section 9 of an ordinance
adopted December 2, 1947 and last amended by Section 10 of Ordinance
No. 71-5-459, adopted May 11, 1971.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and retroactive to September 20, 1971.
