FOR RESURFACING VARIOUS STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, INCLUDING'THE RAISING AND RESETTING OF MANHOLES, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH RESURFACING" WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON JULY 2, 1971 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the ordinance bearing the title quoted above be amended and reordained by adding thereto a new section as follows: "SECTION 2A. That all costs for street resurfacing pursuant to the contract authorized by this ordinance be charged to the Public Works Cumulative Reserve Fund." SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and retroactive to July 2, 1971.
