AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-52. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT -
GENERALLY (a). OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Section 10-52 Public Works Depart-
ment generally (a) of the Code of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky, I /%

as reads

Foremen (2 positions) 561.00
be amended and reordained so that said portion of said section
shall hereafter read as follows:
Foremen (3 positions) $561.00
SECTION 2. Section 1 amends Section 4 of Ordinance No. 71-5-459
which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on May 11, 1971.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
