ORDINANCE NO. 71-8-524
SECTION 3. Sections 1 and 2 above amend Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 71-5-464 which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on May 11,
1971.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption, and retroactive to August 1, 1971.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-47 "NON -CIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES,
GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-47 "Non -civil service employees,
generally" (a) of the Code of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be amended by adding a new position immediately following "Assistant
to Planning Director", said addition as amended and reordained to be
and read as follows:
"Director of Public Works $796.001-
796.00"SECTION
SECTION2. That so much of Section 2-47 "Non -civil service
employees, generally.

Foremen - Public Works (3 positions) $600.00
bw amended and reordained so that said portion of said section shall
hereafter read as follows:
Foremen - Public Works (2 positions) $600.00
SECTION 3. Sections 1 and 2 above amend Section 1 of Ordinance
