ORDINANCE NO. 71-8-521
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED 'AN ORDINANCE
ACCEPTING THE BID OF WILSON CHEVROLET-CADILLAC, INC. FOR SALE TO THE
CITY OF ONE NEW 1971 CHEVROLET NOVA TWO -DOOR VEHICLE FOR USE BY THE
INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE", WHICH ORDINANCE WAS ADOPTED JULY 2,
1971
WHEREAS Wilson Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc. has notified the City of
Paducah that it will be unable to comply with its bid and the resolu-
tion authorizing bids for the purchase of the vehicle described in
the title above,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the ordinance bearing the title quoted above
be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
