CRAWFORD, TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN LOT 16, BLOCK 6 OF R. G. TERRELL'S WOODLAWN SUBDIVISION FOR THE SUM OF $200.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the offer of Jean G. Crawford and wife, Bettye E. Crawford, in the amount of $200.00 to purchase the interest of the City of Paducah in the following described land in said city, be accepted, said land being described as follows: Lot 16, Block 6 of Terrell's Woodlawn Addition plat of same of record in Plat Book A, page 255 in the McCracken.County Court Clerk's office - Said lot fronts 40 feet on the north side of Oak Street and as shown on page 33 of Block Map Book No. 3 in the office of the City Engineer. See Deed Book 395, page 289. Being the same land (Elizabeth Reed and Barbara Nebinger property) conveyed to the City of Paducah by Ben C. LeRoy, City Treasurer, by deed dated June 17, 1971, and of record in Deed Book 529, page 575 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office. SECTION 2. Upon the payment of the sum of $200.00 to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to Jean G. Crawford and wife, Bettye E. Crawford, all the right, title and interest of the city in the property described in Section 1 hereof, and said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only, shall' contain no warranty as to title, and shall be subject to any state of facts that might be shown by an accurate survey. SECTION 3.
