A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CORPORATION
COUNSEL TO FILE LEGAL ACTION TO ENJOIN STRIKES AND WORK STOPPAGES
BY CITY EMPLOYEES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Corporation Counsel•of the City of Paducah
be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to institute legal
action to enjoin all strikes and work stoppages by city employees.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
