HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 17, Page 601, Ordinance Number 71-5-468601 I ORDINANCE NO. 71-5-468 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE RECITING THE NEED FOR ACQUIRING CERTAIN LAND FOR THE WIDENING OF FRIEDMAN LANE, PROVIDING FOR A SHARING OF COST WITH THE COUNTY OF MCCRACKEN, PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS FOR PROPERTY TO BE ACQUIRED WITHIN THE CITY, AND AUTHORIZING THE CONDEMNATION OF SUCH PROPERTIES AS CANNOT BE ACQUIRED AT THE AUTHORIZED OFFERED PRICE", BY ADDING SECTION 2-A THERETO, WHICH ORDINANCE WAS ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 18, 1970 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That an ordinance bearing the title quoted above be amended and reordained by adding thereto a new section entitled Section 2-A, which shall read as follows: "Section 2-A. That all sums expended for the acquisition of land and for the cost of relocating water lines as provided for in Sections 1 and 2 above, be paid from the Public Works Cumulative Reserve Fund."
