ORDINANCE NO. 71-5-463
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 71-1-427 ENTITLED "AN
ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT ON BEHALF
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, WITH FLORENCE & HUTCHESON, INC.
FOR THE DESIGN AND ENGINEERING INSPECTION OF A SWIMMING POOL TO BE
LOCATED IN NOBLE PARK", WHICH WAS ADOPTED JANUARY 5, 1971, BY ADDING
THERETO SECTION 1-A
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the ordinance bearing the number and title
quoted above, be amended and reordained by adding thereto a new section
numbered Section 1-A, which section shall read as follows:
"SECTION 1-A. That the proposed swimming pool is hereby declared
to be a public project, and all funds to be expended for the design and
engineering inspection of said swimming pool shall be paid from the
Public Works Cumulative Reserve Fund."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
