HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 17, Page 446, Ordinance Number 71-2-432446 // ORDINANCE NO. 71-2-432 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE AMOUNT TO BB' CHARGED PROPERTY OWNERS FOR CONNECTING TO THE CITY SANITARY SEWERS CONSTRUCTED IN AND NEAR BRADLEY STREET AND ALONG 29TH STREET FROM BRADLEY STREET TO THE RAILROAD PROPERTY IN THE FAIRMONT ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY", WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON JANUARY 5, 1971 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance containing the title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on January 5, 1971, be, and the same is hereby amended and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall read as follows: "SECTION 1. That a charge of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) is hereby established to be charged to property owners connecting to the City's sanitary sewer constructed in and along Bradley Street and along 29th Street from Bradley Street to the Railroad property in the Fairmont Addition to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, which amount of Four Hundred ($400.00) Dollars shall be paid to the City Treasurer." SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
