ORDINANCE NO. 71-1-431
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $51,002.63 FROM
THE GENERAL FUND TO THE POLICE AND FIREMEN'S RETIREMENT FUND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby,
authorized to transfer the sum of $51,002.63 from the General Fund
to the Police and Firemen's Retirement Fund, and charge Account
No. 7592. The transfer of such funds shall be retroactive to
December 30, 1970.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. An energency is declared to exist and this ordinance
shall be introduced and remain on file for at least one (1) week
for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be
put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force
and effect immediately thereafter.
