ORDINANCE NO. 70-12-414
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF HYLO SUPPLY, INC. FOR THE SALE
TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) CORRUGATED ALUMINUM STRUCTURAL PLATE, INTEGRAL
ARCH CULVERT_TO.BE USED IN STREET CONSTRUCTION IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH
PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE.CITY OF.
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Hylo Supply,
Inc. for sale to the City of one (1) corrugated aluminum structural plate,
integral arch culvert to be used in street construction in the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, in the amount of $1,893:'20, which bid was dated November
9, 1970, and which bid complies with the specifications set out in the
resolution adopted by the Board of Commissioners on April 14, 1970.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to enter into a contract for the purchase of said culvert
as required in said resolution and as set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be introduced and remain
on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed
form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
