ORDINANCE NO. 70-11-407
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 2-47 NON -CIVIL
SERVICE EMPLOYEES GENERALLY, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Section 2-47 Non -civil service
employees generally. (a) as reads
Temporary clerks in finance office (3 positions) $250.00
be amended and reordained so that said portion of said section shall
hereafter read as follows:
Temporary clerks in finance office (4 positions) $250.00.
SECTION 2. This ordinance amends a portion of Section 1 of
Ordinance No. 70-8-368 which was adopted August 18, 1970.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
