ORDINANCE NO. 70-11-405
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 8-33 PRICE OF GRAVE
LOTS SOLD UNDER SINGLE -GRAVE PRIVILEGE, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
l CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Section 8-33 Price of grave lots sold
under single -grave privilege; as reads
"(a) In the Mausoleum Addition the price per grave
shall be $175.00"
is hereby amended and reordained so that said portion of said section
as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"(a) In the Mausoleum Addition the price per grave
shall be $200.00.1-
SECTION
200.00."
SECTION 2. This ordinance amends a portion of Section 1 of
Ordinance No. 70-3-2f4, which was adopted March 10, 1970.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after December 1, 1970.
