ORDINANCE NO. 70-11-403
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-47 NONCIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES
GENERALLY, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-47 "Noncivil service employees generally,-
(a)
enerally"(a) of the Code of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended by
adding a new position immediately following "Planning Director", said
addition as amended and reordained to be and read as follows:
"Assistant to the Planning Director .................$500.00"
SECTION 2. This ordinance amends a portion of Section 1 of
Ordinance No. 70-8-368 which was adopted August 18, 1970.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and retroactive to October 16, 1970.
