ORDINANCE NO. 70-10-387
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE V "ONE-WAY STREETS" OF CHAPTER 20
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY BY ADDING AND CREATING
SECTION 20-102 "JETTON SCHOOL"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Article V "One-way Streets" of Chapter 20 "Motor
Vehicles and Traffic" of the Code of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be amended by adding and creating the following section:
"Section 20-102 Jetton School.
Bronson Avenue from South 10th Street to Gould Street;
Gould Street from Bronson Avenue to Clark Street, and
Clark Street from Gould Street to South 10th Street are hereby
declared to be one-way streets around Jetton Junior High School,
and they shall be limited to vehicular traffic traveling in the
direction stated."
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after 4 o'clock A.M. CDT, October 12, 1970.
