ORDINANCE NO. 70-9-382
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 25-3.1 "FIREARMS
INSTRUCTOR" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 25-3.1 "Firearms Instructor"
of the Code of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky, be, and
the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinances repeals Section 1 through
5 of Ordinance No. 69-4-192, which was adopted by the Board of
Commissioners on April 8, 1969.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
