ORDINANCE NO. 70-9-376
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 2-47 "NONCIVIL SERVICE
EMPLOYEES - GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OFA'"I'
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Section 2-47 "Noncivil Service Employees
Generally (a)" as reads:
"Field Office Helper $555.00"
be, and the same is hereby amended and reordained to hereafter read:
Field Office Helper 580.00.
SECTION 2. That Section 2-47 (a) of said Code of Ordinances be
further amerlded and reordained by adding immediately following the
portion of said section as amended in Section 1 above of this ordinance:
Foreman - Refuse Division $525.00.
SECTION 3. That Section 2-47 be further amended and reordained
by adding:
(i) Foreman - Refuse Division. The foreman in the refuse
division shall be paid at the rate of $525.00 per month for the first
year of employment in such position; at the expiration of one year $535.00
per month; at the expiration of two years and thereafter $545.00 per month,
such increases to be made upon recommendation of the City Manager.
SECTION 4. This ordinance sha-ll be in full force and effect from
and after and retroactive to June 1, 1970.
