ORDINANCE NO. 70-9-374
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING MEMBERS OF THE.PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT
00 TO CARRY CONCEALED DEADLY WEAPONS ON OR ABOUT THEIR PERSONS AT ALL TIMES
WITHIN THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That members of the Paducah Police Department may
carry concealed deadly weapons on or about their persons at all times
within the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
