WARREN TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN PROPERTY ON CLEMENTS STREET FOR THE SUM OF $400.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the offer of A. F. Warren in the amount of $400.00 to purchase the interest of the City of Paducah in certain property therein, be accepted, said property being described as follows: LOT 15 at 156 Clements Street, being 40 feet by 125 feet and being the same land conveyed to City of Paducah by Ben C. LeRoy, City Treasurer (Mrs. S.A. Scott property) by deed dated August 2, 1968 and of record in Deed Book 500, page 343 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office. SECTION 2. Upon payment. -of the sum of $400.00 to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to A F. Warren all the right, title and interest of the City in the property described in Section 1 hereof, and said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only, shall contain no warranty as to title and shall be subject to any state of facts that might be shown by an accurate survey.
