ORDINANCE NO. 70-7-359
AN ORDINANCE CLOSING 26TH STREET FROM THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY
LINE OF BROADWAY TO THE NORTH RIGHT -OPS -WAY LINE OF KENTUCKY AVENUE
IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That..the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby
authorize the closing of 26th Street from the South right-of-way line
of Broadway to the north right-of-way line of Kentucky Avenue in the
City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to institute
pursuant to Section 94.360 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, an action
in the McCracken Circuit Court for a judgment ordering the closing
of the street described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
