ORDINANCE NO. 70-6-349
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AS CO-SPONSOR WITH THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION AND THE COUNTY OF McCRACKEN,
AN AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO GRANT AGREEMENT FOR PROJECT NO. 9-15-011-C907
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute, on behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, as co-sponsor
with the United States of America Federal Aviation Administration
and the County of McCracken, Kentucky, an amendment No. 2 to Grant
Agreement for Project No. 9-15-011-C907 (Contract No. FA -EA -907),
which amendment is to be effective June 30, 1970, and which amendment
provides an increase in the project grant from $163,000.00 to
$170,995.04.
SECTION 2. The ordinance authorizing the priginal contract,
which ordinance was dated February 11, 1969, and the ordinance
authorizing Amendment No. 1 to the said Grant Agreement, which ordinance
was adopted September 9, 1969=are, to the extent of their conflict
with this amendment, hereby repealed and amended to comply with this
ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
