ORDINANCE NO. 70-6-348
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AS CO-SPONSOR WITH THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION AND THE COUNTY OF McCRACKEN
AN AMENDMENT TO GRANT AGREEMENT FOR PROJECT NO. 9-15-011-CB06
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute on behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, as co-sponsor
with the United States of America Federal Aviation Administration
and the County of McCracken, Kentucky, an amendment No. 1 to Grant
Agreement for Project No. 9-15-011-CB06 (Contract No. FA -EA -8191,
which amendment is to be effective June 30, 1969, and which amendment
is to increase the grant from $250,000.00 to $257,369.48.
SECTION 2. The ordinance authorizing the original contract,
which ordinance was dated March 5, 1968, is, to the extent of its
conflict with this amendment hereby repealed and amended to comply
with this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
