HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 17, Page 193, Ordinance Number 70-6-337ORDINANCE NO. 70-6-337 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-7 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, IENTUCKY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Section 7-7 of the Code of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky, be, and the same is hereby, amended and reordained to read as follows: "Sec. 7-7 State Safety Standards Adopted. The Standards of Safety of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and all amendments thereto is hereby adopted by reference, and is made a part of the public records of the City and a part of this Code. Where stricter provisions throughout this Code are in conflict with such current standards of safety, conflict shall be resolved in favor of the stricter provisions, and where more liberal requirements are set forth throughout this Code than are provided in the current Standards of Safety, conflict shall be resolved in favor of the Standards of Safety".
