AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 25-9 AND 25-10 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 25-9 "Limitation on members of depart-
ment engaging in outside occupation - Generally." of the Code of
Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky, which section pertains to the
Police Department, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2. That Section 25-10 "Same. Definitions" of the Code
of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky, be, and the same is hereby,
repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
