FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF CONCRETE PIPE AND ACCESSORIES FOR USE IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF A STORM SEWER, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCPH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of Nelsen Concrete Products, Inc. which bid was submitted in words and figures as follows: 556 ft. 18" Class 3 RGP $2,168.40 2 PCs. 18" x 7'6" with 12" Wyes 144.60 1 12" Class 3 RGP Bend 36.00 AMOUNT $2.349.00 1 pc. 18" x 4' Class 3 RGP 2 PCs. 18" x 6' Class 3 RGP 72 PCs. 18" x 7'6" Class 3 RGP 5/ Sales Tax not included in this price Terms of sale: 2% - 10th Said bid having the specifications set out in a resolution adopted on December 19, 1969 by the Board of Commissioners of the City authorizing advertisement for bids for such material, and contained in the bid of Nelsen Concrete Products, Inc. dated January 5, 1970. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract for said concrete pipe and accessories as set out in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
