A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 3 OF A RESOLUTION ENTITLED
"A RESOLUTION MAKING THE CITY CLERK CUSTODIAN OF ALL VOLUMES OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AUTHORIZING THE
DISTRIBUTION OF SAME, AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT AND SALE OF A
LIMITED NUMBER OF SAID CODE, AND FIXING THE PRICE FOR THE SALE OF
THE CODE, CODE BOOKLETS AND SUPPLEMENTS", WHICH WAS ADOPTED A?]GUST
27, 1968
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 3 of a resolution bearing the title
quoted above, which was passed by the Board of Commissioners on August
27, 1968, be amended so that said resolution as amended and now resolved
shall read as follows:
"SECTION 3. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to
!II advertise and sell to interested businesses, organizations and
individuals the following number of volumes at the following prices:

Code of Ordinances - bound 20 $35.00
Code of Ordinances - unbound 30 30.00
Reprint Chapters 7, 16, 24, 30
Appendix A & Appendix B 50 12.50
Reprint Chapters 3, 5, 14, 17,
23 & 31 70 10.00
Supplementary Service
Complete Code Price for annual service 10.00
Supplementary Service
Booklets Price for annual service 5.00
The advertising required by this section shall be by public
notice printed one time in the Paducah Sun -Democrat, and as shall be
accomplished at the discretion of the City Clerk.
Further amendments for prices and authorized number of
volumes for sale shall be made by motion of this Board."
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
