ORDINANCE NO. 72-12-732
AN ORDINANCE CREATING A SPECIAL ACCOUNT TO BE KNOWN AS
"EDA PROJECT NO. 04-01-01009", DESIGNATING THE CITIZENS BANK AND
TRUST COMPANY AS THE DEPOSITORY BANK, AND AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF $70,000.00 FROM THE SEWER DEPRECIATION AND EXTENSION FUND TO
SAID ACCOUNT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby,
authorized to establish a special account together with a special
bank account to be known as "EDA Project No. 04-01-01009" to
accommodate and handle all funds for the said project to extend
sanitary sewer facilities'to the Coleman Road Industrial Site.
SECTION 2. The said special account shall be deposited at the
Citizens Bank and Trust Company in Paducah, Kentucky, and the City
Treasurer and the City Manager shall together sign all checks for
payment and withdrawal therefrom.
SECTION 3. The City Treasurer is authorized to -transfer the sum
of $70,000.00 from the Sewer Depreciation and Extension Fund to the
EDA Project No. 04-01-01009 Account.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
