ORDINANCE NO. 72-12-726
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION
2-47, "NONCIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of sub -section (a) of Section 2-47
"Noncivil service employees generally" of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, as reads
"Position Base Monthly Salary
Corporation Counsel $1,300.00"
be amended and reordained so that said portion of said section shall
hereafter read as follows:
"Position
Corporation Counsel
Base Monthly Salary
$1,000.00"
SECTION 2. Section 1 amends Section 1 of Ordinance No. 72-4-636
dated April 11, 1972, which last amended the salary for the recited
position. Section 2-47 of the Code of Ordinances was last amended
by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 72-7-671 which was adopted July 18,
1972.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after December 11, 1972.
