ORDINANCE NO. 72-11-724
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A DEED CONVEYING PERMANENT EASEMENT TO THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF
HIGHWAYS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF I-24 AT ITS CROSSING WITH THE PADUCAH
FLOODWALL ADJACENT TO HUSBANDS ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized to execute a deed conveying a permanent easement
by special warranty to the Kentucky Department of Highways for
Parcel Nos. E-30 and E -30A as designated on plans and specifications
for the construction of Interstate Highway 24 at its crossing of the
Paducah Floodwall adjacent to Husbands Road for the consideration of
$600.00.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
