AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
PADUCAH WATER WORKS FOR EXTENSION OF A WATER LINE TO THE PADUCAH
LANDFILL SITE".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2 of an ordinance bearing the title
quoted above, which was adopted on November 7, 1972, be amended and
reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall
hereafter read as follows:
"Section 2. Payment for the cost of material for this project
shall be charged to the Public Works Cumulative Reserve Fund."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
