A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING, ADOPTING, APPROVING, ACCEPTING AND
RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO GRANT AGREEMENT FOR
PROJECT NO. DOT -FA -72 -SO -6988 BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
AND CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND COUNTY OF McCRACKEN, KENTUCKY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That said Board of Commissioners hereby authorizes,
adopts, approves, accepts and ratifies the execution of Amendment
No. 1 to Grant Agreement between the Federal Aviation Administration
on behalf of the United States of America and the City of Paducah,
Kentucky and County of McCracken, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. That the execution of said Amendment to Grant
Agreement in quadruplicate on behalf of said City of Paducah,
Kentucky by Alice H. McNutt, Mayor, and the impression of the
official seal of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and the attestation
of said execution by Sarah Thurman, City Clerk, is hereby authorized,
adopted, approved, accepted and ratified.
SECTION 3. That a true copy of the Amendment to the Grant
Agreement referred to hereinabove is hereto attached and made a part
of this Resolution as though it were fully copied herein.
SECTION 4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
