ORDINANCE NO. 72-11-716
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-59 "PARKS AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENT", OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BY
ADDING THERETO A NEW SUB -SECTION "(d)"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 10-59 "Parks and Recreation department"
of the Code of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and
reordained by adding thereto a new sub -section which shall hereafter
read as follows:
"SECTION 10.59 Parks and recreation department.
(d) Laborer. The laborer shall be paid at the rate of $2.50
per hour for the first six months of employment; at the expiration of
six months $2.55 per hour; at the expiration of one year $2.60 per hour,
and at the expiration of two years $2.65 per hour, such increases to be
made upon recommendation of the City Manager."
SECTION 2. Section 1 amends Section 11 of Ordinance No. 72-4-630
which was adopted April 11, 1972, and which was last amended by Section 1
of Ordinance No. 72-5-648 which was adopted May 23, 1972.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
