McREYNOLDS, 1325 LANGSTAFF AVENUE, TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN LOT 20, BLOCK 10, ROWLAND PLACE ADDITION, FOR THE SUM OF $200.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the offer of Marian H. McReynolds in the amount of $200.00 to purchase the interest of the City in the following described land in said City be accepted, said land being described as follows: Lot 20, Block 10, Rowland Place Addition, fronting 50 feet on the east side of Rudy Avenue, 300 feet, more or less, South of 14th Street, and as shown on page 84 of Block Map Book 3 in the office of the City Engineer. Being the same land (Creel Robinson and Freeal Robertson property) conveyed to the City of Paducah by Ben C. LeRoy, Treasurer, by deed dated March 23, 1972 and of record in Deed Book 539, page 597 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office. SECTION 2. Upon the payment of the sum of $200.00 to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to Marian H. McReynolds all of the right, title and interest of the City in the property described in Section 1 hereof, and said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only, shall contain no warranty as to title, and shall be subject to any state of facts that might be shown by an accurate survey. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
