AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO COMMUNITY PROGRAM CONSULTANTS,
INC. FOR PREPARATION OF AN APPLICATION FOR A GRANT TO DEVELOP OPEN
SPACE LAND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby,
authorized to pay the sum of $1,831.00 to Community Program Consultants,
Inc., for planning services and documentation cost regarding the
preparation of an application for a grant to develop open space land.
SECTION 2. Payment as authorized in Section 1 above shall be
paid from Account No. 9094.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on
file for public inspection for at least one week in the completed form
on which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall
be in full force and effect ten days thereafter.
