ORDINANCE NO. 72-10-701
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
ACCEPTING THE BID OF TILFORD PLUMBING AND HEATING, INC. FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF.SEWER EXTENSIONS AND A LIFT STATION TO BE CONSTRUCTED
IN THE AREA OF KENNEDY AND LONE OAK ROADS, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH CONSTRUCTION", WHICH.WAS ADOPTED
FEBRUARY 1, 1972.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance bearing the title quoted above, be
amended by adding thereto Section 1-A, which said section shall read
as follows:
"SECTION 1-A. That all construction costs incurred pursuant
to the contract authorized herein be, and the same shall be, paid
from the City of Paducah Sewer Depreciation and Extension Fund."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
